MIAMI — One month after Henrik Stenson won his first World Golf Championship, he looks as if he’s ready for another. In strong, steady wind that allowed the Blue Monster to live up to it reputation, Stenson made seven birdies on his way to a five-under 67 on Thursday to share the first-round lead with Robert Allenby in the CA Championship.
