MANITOWOC A Mishicot teen accused of starting a fire that destroyed 38 golf carts at Fox Hills Resorts The National Course was fired from the resort prior to the Aug. 9 blaze, according to a criminal complaint filed Thursday in Manitowoc County Circuit Court.
